I am Rodrigo Almeida, a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant and Ethical Hacker with over 24 years in IT, including more than 15 years delivering high-impact offensive security projects across global environments. I help organizations identify real threats before attackers do and turn vulnerabilities into measurable resilience.

My journey includes managing global vulnerability assessments in India, China, Finland, and Brazil, as well as simulating real-world attacks for Red Team operations in high-stakes environments. I specialize in web and network penetration testing, exploit development, and remediation validation using tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, OWASP ZAP, and custom Python scripts to bring clarity, evidence, and results to security operations. I have worked alongside engineering teams, CTOs, and auditors to turn findings into concrete solutions.

Beyond technical delivery, I am known for bringing calm to critical situations. I am methodical under pressure, collaborative in execution, and focused on communication that empowers teams and not just systems. I speak the language of developers, managers, and executives, helping each understand what needs to be done and why it matters.
